This Privacy Policy explains how Harvey Construction LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles data when you use the Harvey Construction CRM – QuickBooks Integration (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

The App accesses certain information from your Intuit QuickBooks Online account and your Google Workspace account in order to provide its services.

  • QuickBooks Data: Company information, invoices, payments, and related accounting data, as authorized by you through Intuit OAuth 2.0.

  • Google Data: Spreadsheet IDs, folder IDs, and values within Google Sheets where data is written.

  • Authentication Tokens: Access and refresh tokens generated by Intuit OAuth 2.0, stored securely in Google Apps Script Properties tied to your account.

We do not collect or store personally identifiable information beyond what is required to operate the App.

How We Use Information

We use the information we access only to:

  • Retrieve QuickBooks data (e.g., invoices, payments, company info) that you authorize.

  • Write that data into your Google Sheets for your own use.

  • Refresh OAuth tokens automatically to maintain secure connectivity.

We do not use your data for analytics, marketing, or resale.

How We Store and Protect Information

  • Token Storage: QuickBooks OAuth tokens are stored in your private Google Apps Script Properties.

  • Data Storage: QuickBooks data is written directly into your Google Sheets. We do not keep a separate copy.

  • Transmission: All communications occur over encrypted HTTPS connections.

  • Retention: If you disconnect the App or revoke access, tokens are invalidated and no new data is retrieved. Existing data in your Sheets remains under your control until you delete it.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data. We only share information as required by:

  • Google (for Apps Script execution and storage within your account).

  • Intuit (as the QuickBooks provider).

  • Law enforcement, if legally required.

Your Choices

  • Revoke Access: You may revoke QuickBooks access at any time in your QuickBooks account settings.

  • Delete Data: You may delete data from your Google Sheets at any time.

  • Disconnect App: You may remove the App from your QuickBooks account, which invalidates stored tokens.

Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
