End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Product: Harvey Construction CRM – QuickBooks Integration (“App”)
Provider: Harvey Construction LLC, an Arkansas company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

By installing, enabling, or using the App, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) What this App does

The App connects your Google Workspace (Google Apps Script/Sheets) with Intuit QuickBooks Online to pull accounting data (e.g., company info, invoices, payments) into your Google Sheets for reporting and internal workflows.

2) License grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business purposes, subject to this EULA.

3) Your account & authentication

  • You must have an active QuickBooks Online account.

  • You authorize access via Intuit OAuth 2.0. You can revoke access any time from your QuickBooks account (Apps → My Apps → Disconnect) or by contacting us.

  • The App uses short-lived access tokens and refresh tokens stored in Google Apps Script Properties associated with your script project. Tokens are used only to access your QuickBooks data as you direct.

4) Data we access & how we handle it

  • Data scope: The App accesses only QuickBooks data you permit during OAuth (e.g., company info, invoices, payments).

  • Temporary storage: Tokens and minimal configuration values are stored in your Google Apps Script properties within your Google account. Retrieved accounting data is written to your Google Sheets at your direction.

  • No resale: We do not sell your data. We do not share your QuickBooks data with third parties except the underlying platforms needed to provide the service (Google/Intuit).

  • Retention: We retain no copies of your QuickBooks data outside your Google account. Removing the App or revoking access will stop new data flows; existing rows in your Sheets remain until you delete them.

  • Security: Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). Within your Google account, the App relies on Google’s platform security for Apps Script and Drive/Sheets.

5) Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of data imported/exported via the App.

  • Configuring correct sheet names, ranges, and folder permissions.

  • Keeping your QuickBooks and Google accounts secure (e.g., MFA, access control).

  • Complying with laws and your own internal policies.

6) Acceptable use & restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law.

  • Use the App to infringe third-party rights, violate law, or bypass Intuit/Google rate limits or security.

  • Share or expose your Client ID/Secret or tokens to unauthorized parties.

7) Third-party services

The App relies on Intuit QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, which you must accept separately. We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes in those third-party services.

The App is provided at no additional charge. You are responsible for your QuickBooks and Google subscription fees.

10) Updates & changes

We may update the App or this EULA. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11) Term & termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate by disconnecting the App from QuickBooks and ceasing use. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, security risks, or platform abuse. Upon termination, tokens are invalidated and the App stops accessing QuickBooks. Data already written to your Sheets remains under your control.

12) Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS; ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THIS EULA WILL NOT EXCEED USD $0 (since the App is provided free of charge).

14) Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Harvey Construction LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of this EULA, or infringement of third-party rights.

15) Compliance

You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of Intuit and Google. You will not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.

16) Governing law & venue

This EULA is governed by the laws of Arkansas, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is in the courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.

17) Export control

You will not use or export the App in violation of U.S. or other applicable export laws.
